Every set is collated in sheet order, banded, and labeled. Ask for stapled, accordion-folded to 8.5×11 with the title block out, half-folded, 3-hole punched, or coil-bound spec books.

Choose Multiple addresses at checkout. Enter each bidder, office, or job trailer and how many sets go there. $15 per additional address on Ground; every address gets its own UPS tracking number.

Quick answers to what most architects, engineers, and contractors ask before placing a first order.
How should I prep my PDF before uploading?
Export your file as a single PDF at 1:1 scale — do not "shrink to fit" or "scale to printable area." If you're printing a 24″×36″ ARCH D sheet, the PDF page size should be 24″×36″ exactly. Embed all fonts. Flatten layers if your CAD software supports it. We print exactly what you upload.
When do I need B&W vs. full color?
For most architectural and construction plan sets, B&W 20# bond is the standard and is what permit reviewers expect. Use full color only for rendered drawings, marketing presentations, or color-coded plans (e.g., MEP coordination). Full color costs roughly 3x more per sheet, so don't pay for it unless you need it.
Are your prints scale-accurate?
Yes. We use calibrated large-format plotters designed for architectural and engineering output. If you upload a 24″×36″ PDF and order ARCH D, it prints at exactly 24″×36″ — measure it with a scale. If a print arrives off-scale, we reprint at no charge.
Can you fold and bind plan sets?
Yes. We offer accordion-fold, stapling, 3-hole punch, and binding. Add these in the finishing options when you order, or include them in your quote request.
How fast will my order ship — and arrive?
Order by noon ET on a business day and we ship the same day via UPS for next-day delivery. UPS Ground transit from Cape May County, NJ is 1 business day to NJ/NY/PA/DE and most of MD, 2 days to VA/CT/MA, and 2–3 days to most of the Southeast. Need it overnight to a farther state? Choose UPS Next Day Air at checkout.
How do you protect the confidentiality of my drawings?
All uploaded files are treated as confidential. Access is limited to the production staff who fulfill your order. Files are stored on access-controlled servers. If your firm requires a signed NDA before you send files, email info@ecblueprints.com and we'll send one before you upload anything.
What if a print arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days with a photo. If it's our error (smearing, wrong size, wrong paper, wrong quantity, missing pages we were sent), we reprint and reship at no charge, or refund the full order at your choice. See our Terms of Service.
